Times are reserved with a deposit. - $20 for all sessions scheduled for 4 hours or less - $40 for full day sessions - The deposit is applied to the first hour(s) of studio time - Studio time cannot be scheduled or work started until we receive the deposit - Deposited sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hour notice - Cancellations within the 48-hours of scheduled session will forfeit the deposit	DEPOSIT	MAKE A DEPOSIT Amount 1 $100.00 2 $200.00 3 $500.00 4 $900.00
BILLING
- Hours are billed in 15 minute increments - Studio time assumes normal breaks for engineers for coffee, lavatory, and other brief items
PAYMENT
We accept cash, check, or PayPal. - Full payment is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made - The current balance must be “0” for any CD proofs and/or masters to leave the studio. Unfortunately, no exceptions!
OTHER SERVICES
MUSICIAN & ARRANGEMENT SERVICES		Professional music accompaniment and/or arrangement in most styles/genres. Please ask for specific pricing and arrangements.
EVENT HOSTING		The Guest House Studios complex is designed to host parties of around 75 people, to include wedding receptions, family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc.  Contact us for details.
OTHER INFORMATION
CD Masters, Archiving, & Data Integrity		- CD proofs (CD-R), PMCD masters, and archived multi-track backups are created at studio time - Guest House Studios typically does not archive your multi-track recordings.   However, if the client requests archival, then we will archive for 2 years - Engineer's notes remain the property of Guest House Studios
CD-R Duplication & CD Replication		Guest House Studios can do customized, short runs of CD-R duplication on a per disc cost basis. We can accommodate full replication through off-site vendors.  Ask for specific pricing and arrangements.
Copyright Registration		U.S. Copyright Office fee for copyrighting is $35.00 per song or $35.00 per project (submit multiple songs).
