Biography:

She's a singer.

She's an entertainer.

But more so, she's a songwriter.

When she was barely a year old, her little feet couldn't be still every time Diamond Rio's "Meet in the Middle" would play on the radio. Growing up in Central Alabama, country music was one of the constants in her life. From the classic Hank Williams and Alabama, to the more modern Miranda Lambert and Sammy Kershaw, Leah was influenced by the pure simpleness of their songs.

Country music are simply songs written about experiences and from the heart. Since high school, Leah has embraced college life, while working a part time job and putting countless hours into writing and performing her own original music. She is learning to play guitar, which is a labor of love but well worth the effort.

She has performed at several venues in her hometown, Tallassee, Al. Her hard work paid off when she was hear by a local TV program who featured her on their "Front Porch" and "Barnyard Jamboree". She was one of the 64 finalists in the recent CMT.com's "Music City Madness" contest for her performance of "City Lights."
